2025 Ohio State Fair

Edgar the Raven

Edgar got a blue ribbon at the Ohio State Fair in the Creative Arts class. Edgar is created from a paper piecing kit from Legit Kits. This was my very first paper piecing project. Being a longarmer, I knew I wanted to custom quilt it. I spent a week custom quilting the Raven using both free-motion quilting and ruler work. Edgar is just an example of the custom quilt work that we are able to do here at Thread, White & Blue.

Edger has also placed 1st at the Knox County Quilt Show, as well as the Morrow County Quilt Show, several years.
